Universal Lava Skin v2.8 0.33.x
This mod has been updated and now works on all vehicles from version 2.0 onwards.
To make the glow work:
Add the “Ashmakers Lava Glow” paint design to your vehicle -> go to the “Color” tab and select the base color for “Color 1”, then for colors 2 and 3 set a lighter color to glow.

Pink
Red
Green
Purple
Darkside
