Improved textures.
This is a mod created by my friend JK_S60R, and me.
My friend had the main idea, did the most work, after that I managed to get the randomizers working.
This mod will be also published to BeamNG forums.
All plates have working randomizers.
Only the civilian variants have the US format license plate.
