Civetta Scintilla V12 v1.0

New engine for Scintilla. This is a 6-liter V12 with 600 hp and 480 Nm of torque. The maximum speed is 340 km/h.
The base version is taken from the Mercedes-Benz M120 and the turbocharged version from the M275.
