But how did such a thing come to existence?In 1996, an unforeseen disaster struck Autron headquarters, which destroyed most of what their next project was going to be. The company was already working on a small budget, and forcing them to start over was going to be very difficult. Takedashi Ibishu reportedly fell out of love with Autron too, after he was recorded saying they were “poor-quality vehicles” and “tarnished Ibishu reputation”. Fueled by the insensitive comments and the desire to make that new vehicle, engineers did what they could and released the Cacatron that same year.
